What was the message about? If he/she's asking for help with a GRUB
problem, help-grub might be the place. Or maybe it's about general
help with the Hurd-based GNU OS? then help-hurd or debian-hurd are
both indicate.

Indeed. Sending help requests as HTML without plain text is a very silly
idea. You have few chances that someone even _reads_ your message.
