The easiest thing to do is to mail me a link to the website where I need to
advocate you. Then you will enter the normal new maintainer process.

Frankly, it totally escapes me what is required to become a Debian
maintainer, but usually it happens within a couple of years, as far as I
know (sometimes even months!).
