Yes, I look forward to it.  One of the things I like the most about
the Hurd is that it's so modular.  I just hate having to recompile the
Linux kernel all the time.  I'd say having a stable microkernel and
just adding user space programs (Debian packages) would be much nicer.

The Hurd still lacks quite a bit, in my opinion, but the port to L4
and relocation of all drivers to user space will solve much of that.
