You might want to wait a week or two before even doing that.  The
packages that are there won't have correct dependancies in them.

The two current problems are:

1) Glibc doesn't compile right now with --enable-libio/gcc3 unless I
hardcode libc_cv_gcc_unwind_find_fde=yes

2) Static binaries produced with this glibc don't run.

I don't know if #2 is dependant on #1.  I was out of town for a bit
this week, so I haven't been working on it.  More over the next week
or so, though.

When we have the pieces for a base system+compiler, I'll put out a
call to Debian developers to help me with binary recompiles.  That
would probably be a good time to start mirroring.  BenC (The Debian
glibc maintainer) told me that he doesn't plan on uploading a new
glibc until after Woody is released.  That means the "Flag day" is at
least that far away.
