gnupg 1.0.4-3 uploaded

Hi,

I uploaded gnupg 1.0.4-3 to non-us. It will be installed with the next
Debian run, *if* it correctly signed itself (See Version field in the
signature below ;) I don't know if the incoming directory of non-us can be
accessed by the public in the meantime (up to one day).

The file will be available on
ftp://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US/pool/non-US/main/g/gnupg/

I think people should start adding the non-us repository to their apt source
file:

http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US unstable non-US/main

Please also add this to install manuals mentioning apt methods.

Thanks,
Marcus
