Hurd CD vendor entries

OK, the Debian Cd vendors page now understands hurd CDs so any vendors
you hurd guys know of let me know (via webmaster) and I'll add them into
that page.
For the person who looks after the hurd port page, you probably want to
make a link to the generic vendor page now. That is
http://www.debian.org/distrib/vendors
Maybe one day that page will be database driven so you'll be able to
filter on it but at the moment it shows all vendors.
