trouble installing hurd_20001126.deb

hi again...
While I was trying to install hurd_20001126.deb  package, the following
errors occured:

(Reading database ... 15377 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to replace hurd 20001030 (using hurd_20001126.deb) ...
/dev/fd/6: /dev/fd/6: No such file or directory
dpkg: warning - old pre-removal script returned error exit status 127

NOTE: I accidentally removed the fd folder from /dev :-( so, what should I
do now?
