If it is anything like the cfdisk source, you may as well start over.
The hurd interface will by radically different.  I say will as the lack
of an interface is the reason that there is no fdisk (well, that is to say,
one of several).

Either way, do not make that your first project or you will IMHO be quickly
discouraged.
