lynx and ... X packages!

Hello,

lynx is in master's incoming right now, get it while it's hot. It's my
preferred browser, and I am happy that it compiled almost without problems
(one reboot but not reproducible, which is dramatically different from last
time I tried, where it sucked up all my memory).

Then, ... not yet on master but on alpha.gnu.org/pub/gnu/hurd/debian/:

I did also upload the -all package because it is very small and you need it.

FIRST, before anything else, install xfree86-common. Then xlib6g. Then
whatever you want. Note that most of this stuff is completely untested, and
things like xfs and xdm are pretty useless right now. And, there are NO
servers yet, they wouldn't work anyway without /dev/kbd. If you want to get
famous, you can get in contact with Roland and Thomas to work on the missing
stuff on the Hurd/GNU Mach side.

So why the hell do I waste your time when there are no servers? Well, if you
have a network, you can hopefully run the clients on a Hurd machine and display
remotely on any other machine with X. Then, with xlib6g and xlib6g-dev, we
can now make proper packages for things that support X partly (like gs and
groff). Last but not least, we can even work on heavy X stuff (Gtk, GGI
[hello Aaron], whatever).

Thanks,
Marcus
