That's an old version. You should definitely get 1.4, which is on
BTW: When sending reports like this, always include version number and
probably a "diff -u oldfile newfile". Line numbers don't tell me much
because cross-install changes a lot.

alpha.gnu.org/gnu/hurd/boot, IIRC. You can also try ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/hurd
and then some subdirectory. Note that you just have to "dd if=file
of=/dev/fd0 bs=512" your floppy image to a floppy disk.
