The dependencies will be calculated at building time, so they are no
problem. However, the sonames are hard coded in the package someway or the
other.
So we have to change the source at some location, to put our new soname in.
I think this is not a big deal, as we have to do a lot of other changes,
too, and only shared libs are affected.

Ok, I think it can work. We will soon learn what we have to pay attention
