further install instructions (was: Re: Debian GNU/Hurd Base Set "gnu-19990104" available now!

_almost_ done. Either run "native-install" under the hurd (probably "rm
/dev/[a-z]* /servers/crash /servers/socket/?" prior), or run the following
script. This is NECESSARY, or your translators are not set up.
