Hello!

Similar to m68k and sh4, hppa needs to be built with -DUATOMIC_NO_LINK_ERROR
as well. Thus, can you please add hppa to the list of architectures for which
-DUATOMIC_NO_LINK_ERROR is passed to the builds flags?
