The file has the right checksums in the archive, it means it has been
corrupted on the buildd before the packages got uploaded. That can be
confirmed by looking at the build log, there is already a decompression
error (line 4971):

I believe the hppa porters can schedule a binNMU to fix the issue. If
they want, I can also schedule it.
