Exactly.

All new builds are going to ports.  Tried really hard over weekend
to get to the point where debootstrap would work from ports. There's
quite a bit of new stuff on ports now..

http://ftp.parisc-linux.org is still needed to fill in packages that 
haven't been
updated on ports.
