Package trantision infomation on debian-ports

Hi, Debian ports buildd maintainers.

Some package transiotn is performed in buildd.debian.org and release.debian.org.
We can refer to states of transition from
http://release.debian.org/transitions/,
but the architecture of debian-ports.org does not appear.
I made a page for debian-ports.org to confirm these states in debian-ports.
