Matthias, You asked me to look at the hppa binutils package breakage, and the gcc testsuite timeouts. I only had time to look into the binutils issue. The following patch fixes up the hppa64 portions of the binutils debian/rules, making them match what is done for other similar targets e.g. SPU. It allows me to build binutils on hppa.
