....
Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 5), cdbs, autotools-dev, mesa-common-dev, libglu1-mesa-dev, pkg-config, libglib2.0-dev, libgtk2.0-dev, libnetcdf-dev, libopenbabel-dev (>= 2.2.0), gtk-doc-tools, gfortran
Checking for already installed source dependencies...
debhelper: already installed (7.4.5 >= 5 is satisfied)
cdbs: already installed (0.4.62+nmu1)
autotools-dev: missing
mesa-common-dev: missing
libglu1-mesa-dev: missing
pkg-config: already installed (0.22-1)
libglib2.0-dev: missing
libgtk2.0-dev: missing
libnetcdf-dev: missing
libopenbabel-dev: missing
gtk-doc-tools: missing
gfortran: missing

https://buildd.debian.org/build.php agrees that none of the above
exists for hppa. That seems....odd. There should be at least old
packages around.

Or are these packages new and just not built because of previous
problems that Carlos already fixed?
