[Debian RT] Build deps for qhull on a hppa machine

The qhull package FTBFS on hppa due to an obscure eperl problem [1]. I need
to investigate this issue closely otherwise the package will be out of
lenny.

Could you please install the build dependencies of qhull on a sid chroot of
one of the happa project machines, if possible [2]?

[2] Looking at http://db.debian.org/machines.cgi, it seems that no hppa
