Same here, on a SMP box (J5600), but it is not the first 32bit/SMP
since 2.6.22. Anyway 2.6.22 is the last 64bit/SMP I had successfully run.

Before testing latest Debian 2.6.26, I was trying 2.6.27, always as
32bit/SMP. Everything was running smoothly.
