Kernel panic after upgrade from 2.6.22-1 to 2.6.24-1

Hello,

today I upgraded my HP9000 running debian lenny/sid.
Mostly all went well.
Unfortunatly after reboot the kernel panics.

I append the boot log, so if one can figure out what happens and what to
repair, it might help all of us running hppa machines.

Greetings to all, Jürgen Leibner
