Nope. It's pretty harmless -- it means we couldn't register the fifth
serial port. Most people would never notice. You can fix this problem
by setting CONFIG_SERIAL_8250_NR_UARTS higher in your .config
file.
Using the command line parameter 8250.nr_uarts can only be used to
reduce the number of UARTs supported, not add more. Unfortunately.
