questions on J6700 and its FX10-pro graphics card

Ive bought a HP J6700, and ive been reading that the FX10-Pro graphics card is not supported on any linux dist.
Why is that? Is it possible to put in a supported graphic card and use Xorg with it? If not, why?
Has anyone done it?

How is it to install debian-hppa? is it similar to the regular install of debian?
Is debian-hppa exacly the same as regular debian?
