model 9000/851/D360 2-way failed on first boot after install

Hallo,

I installed debian on a model 9000/851/D360 2-way over serial console.
But on first reboot it hangs. (see boot-log)
Can anyone explain, what is the failure and hopefully give a hint to solve the
problem?

Thanks, Jürgen
