PYRMONT:~# pon/usr/sbin/pppd: /usr/lib/pppd/2.4.1/rp-pppoe.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory/usr/sbin/pppd: Couldn't load plugin rp-pppoe.soThe file is missing. Where does it come from? Package search on Debian homepage did not help ?!? Google as well :-(
umm search on debian: <http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?word=rp-pppoe.so&searchmode=searchfiles&case=insensitive&version=testing&arch=hppa> answer: "usr/lib/pppd/2.4.2/rp-pppoe.so base/ppp" <http://packages.debian.org/testing/base/ppp> and point to: <http://packages.debian.org/testing/base/ppp>so I think that you would upgrade your system to 'testing' (aka sarge) (at least) :)
