I haven't...
Actualy, to make sure I wasn't getting it wrong
I _exactly_ copied the example on the web-page.
32Mb palo, 128Mb swap, 1GB /
I tried a few times w/ different configs too (swap
on other disk, ...) none worked.

Tonight I'll try exacly the same w/ two different configs.

1. another 9GB disk (to make sure it wasn't the disk that was broken)
2. a 9GB disk in a DF-slot instead of the SE-slots

However, the 2GB disk (DF-disk) worked flawlessly in the SE-slot...
I've uploaded the result of dmesg here:

which would probably make a lot more sense to you than me...
