Ok, I will answer this question by myself: dchroot.
[ BTW I found it out from the motd of another architecture debian
machine, is it possible to add a motd similar to the one on
debussy.debian.org? Just a suggestion that can help other people like
me :-) ]
I still need the build dependencies, though.
