Could simply be some corruption in the download, simply starting again
sometimes helps. The md5sum of the file should match the md5sum in the
Packages file, but the installer is claiming that they don't. I don't
recall where the downloaded Packages file gets put during install, but
you can find it in the mirror you used under
dists/woody/main/binary-hppa/Packages
