update package without internet access

first of all I'm new to linux on hp so if I'm not quite clear you'll have to
excuse me. I'm not new to Unix as I've worked on HP, Sun and IBM for a
number of years. I've installed Debian 3.0 on a HP D210 server, it went on
like a dream which surprised me. Anyway my situation is this:-

My machine has no internet access (firewall'd off), I tried to install mysql
however it has certain dependencies which weren't met so I downloaded the
first dependency and tried to install that, however it had a set of
dependencies that weren't met and so it when on....download, dependency
problems, download that file, other dependency problems.

My question is this, is there a way I can find out all the dependencies
(including cascading ones) download them to my PC (which does have internet
access) so that I can just ftp them onto my HP machines and install them all
in one go?

cheers 2 u
