The configs for the cd-images are now in the CVS tree in 
arch/parisc/debian-configs/[32,64]. But they are outdated regarding the 2.4.9
kernel and so I would propose that you just delete your .config, run "make config" 
(which then takes the arch/parisc/defconfig default settings), select the PA7100LC 
CPU and build the kernel.
