Follow the instructions on the parisc-linux.org website for downloading
palo & the kernel, patch arch/parisc/kernel/traps.c, `make oldconfig',
`make dep', `make palo', then copy ../palo/lifimage to wherever it is
that rbootd wants to boot it from...
