Bug#1102938: apptainer and singularity-container have an undeclared file conflict on /usr/bin/run-singularity and /usr/bin/singularity

I am not subscribed to debian-hpc and wasn't CCed. I only happened to notice this
mail just by chance :)

With apptainer providing the same functionality, I remain no longer interested in
doing any maintenance work for singularity
as I also wrote in https://lists.debian.org/debian-go/2025/03/msg00038.html

I was never in the uploaders field of this package either.

Please feel free to upload a fix for this package with your merge request if you
want to.

Since soft freeze already started a couple of days back and this is a NEW package,
apptainer won't migrate to trixie. You can also look at britney's excuses
"∙ ∙ blocked by freeze: is not in testing"
