Bug#957468: libpsm2: ftbfs with GCC-10

I have been unable to reproduce this build failure on sid. To test, I
explicitly set CC=gcc-10 in d/rules.

$ dpkg -l | grep gcc-10
ii  gcc-10                               10-20200411-1
      amd64        GNU C compiler
ii  gcc-10-base:amd64                    10-20200411-1
      amd64        GCC, the GNU Compiler Collection (base package)
ii  libgcc-10-dev:amd64                  10-20200411-1
      amd64        GCC support library (development files)

Regarding experimental : "Users shouldn't be using packages from here,
because they can be dangerous and harmful even for the most
experienced people".

So, I'm going to leave this alone until I hear otherwise.
