Bug#875404: src:gridengine - worked around FTBFS by excluding jgdi

The part of the package that fails to build with recent Java versions is
JGDI. Without a proper patch to fix JGDI, I've excluded it for now (in
gridengine/8.1.9+dfsg-9) [1]. We build the rest of gridengine without
it, so it no longer causes the whole package to FTBFS, so I've lowered
the severity.
In the event of this bug being fixed, the commit [1] should be reverted
to re-enable building and shipping jgdi.
