I've been maintaining the Debian package. It's based on the Son of Grid Engine fork which at least used to be maintained by Dave Love. I haven't been successful in reaching him by email the past few times I tried, but the project site is at https://arc.liv.ac.uk/trac/SGE and releases are posted to sourceforge at https://sourceforge.net/projects/gridengine/
