Bug#1087153: pandoc-sidenote package is not installable (pandoc-abi = 1.23.1-1 not available)

Package: pandoc-sidenote
Version: 0.23.0-1

The pandoc-sidenote package is not installable in testing or unstable.
It has a dependency

   pandoc-abi (= 1.23.1-1)

but the version of the pandoc package which provides this dependency
now available in testing and unstable, 3.1.11.1+ds-2, has

  Provides: pandoc-abi (= 1.23.1-2)

Please note that this is not the first time a version conflict
between these packages prevented proper operation/installation,
cf. #962715
