Thanks for the heads-up. You can find our packaging guidelines here [1].
The docs may be a bit outdated so don't hesitate to ask if something
doesn't make sense.

I also saw that you already pushed haskell-elm-bridge. I have to
comments:

1. I cannot find your code, the link you have in the package doesn't
work.

2. Our package plan is now failing [2], because there is a new package
that we don't track. Can you please update the package plan as well?
