I am working on a new configuration management system, Consfigurator,
and recently was able to transfer all my usage of Propellor over to
Consfigurator.  It would be better for Propellor to be maintained in
Debian by someone still using it; thus, I request an adopter for the
propellor package.

The package description is:
 Propellor ensures that the system it's run in satisfies a list of
 properties, taking action as necessary when a property is not yet met.
 .
 It is configured using haskell.
