A removal hint only tries to remove the hinted package and will fail if
it causes non-installability of other packages. So all packages that
need removal need to be hinted for removal. Should I also hint pakcs?

https://release.debian.org/britney/update_output.txt.gz says:

trying: -haskell-monad-gen
skipped: -haskell-monad-gen (5, 0, 59)
    got: 22+0: a-3:a-0:a-0:a-0:i-18:m-0:m-0:p-0:s-1
