The version of skylighting in unstable is 0.1.1.5.

https://github.com/jgm/skylighting/blob/master/changelog.md has this in 
its section for release 0.2:

Skylighting is now at version 0.3.3.1.

Can we please have a newer release of Skylighting in Debian?
