VCS-GIT fields wrong?

Hi, I noticed some vcs-* were wrong, because they contained cgit
and moreover some VCS-darcs were still around.



I should have changed all of them to be the same url, in the experimental branch.
Can anybody please check and review?

this is the first time I script some sed stuff like this with magic dch commands
