I've fixed some things, and broken some others in the process. More
tomorrow.

W.r.t. swish, I made it build -- in a cabal sandbox; I couldn't figure
out how to test it using `dht make-all` -- by bumping the polyparse dep
to 1.12. I didn't commit this patch anywhere because I'm not sure what
we do about packages that are not in the DHG_packages repo. Please
advise.

I refreshed and deleted several patches in the DHG_packages repo. I
take it that these changes have to be synced to the package-plan repo?
Is there some tool to do syncs in either direction?

A further question: where does `dht upgrade` look for packages.txt?
DHG_packages/../package-plan? Or does it look on alioth, such that is
only takes account of commits that have been pushed?
