I upgraded to LTS-3.19 (see branch lts-3.19), but I get following error:

I fail to see, where contraint alex==3.1.4 comes from.  Lts config
indeed contains alex-3.1.4, but packages.txt contains 3.1.5.

Would you be so kind to give a hint?

Maybe of interest, if I write alex-3.1.4 in packages.txt, I get errors
about cabal-debian.
