I did not check, but I believe that no new packages need to be added. Is there anything to consider when using js-flot and js-jquery? Do they ship data files that need to be available to binaries that are linking against js-*? If so, can the extra-depends feature of haskell-devscripts be used, i.e. do js-* provide the necessary files?
