this is my config file, so everything seems ok there, but I had to remove the old key
ssh-keygen -f "/home/locutus/.ssh/known_hosts" -R darcs.debian.org
of course now it works,
I'll try to commit shortly!

Can you "ssh darcs.debian.org"? Maybe you have an ssh config that sets
your username for git.debian.org, but not for darcs.debian.org? Remember
that darcs, like git, uses SSH to access this.
