What do we expect from the Haskell transition page?

Greetings,

As we discussed earlier, we might want to help improving the
transition pages.
To do that we should know what we expect from that page. (Asking "The
transition page isn't good, please make it better.", isn't really going
to help.)

My biggest concerns are:

The page doesn't show WHY a package is not ready on a given
architecture. It's sometimes a bit cryptic to know what to do to fix a
package.

The page either marks packages as not ready or detects some really
cryptic problems. For example haskell-diagrams is marked as unready on
all arches since I started contributing and I really don't see any
problems with it. So this is basically the problem above.

It would be really fancy if it would have an option to only show "leaf
problems" (those that aren't just broken dependencies).

But please tell me what you would like to have.

Regards
Sven
