This is generated by dh_linktree and I don't think it's a good idea to
attempt to override it.  However, a simple rebuild suffices.  When we
have Architecture: all builders then I expect it should be possible to
deal with this by scheduling some kind of binNMU.  In the meantime, I've
uploaded 0.13.2+dfsg-3.
