http-conduit on i386 stuck?

On the chance that it's something that needs manual intervention, I
thought I'd mention that the http-conduit package has been stuck in an
uninstallable state for the last three or four days on i386[1].

I usually work on the assumption that there are relatively few
autobuilders for i386 (since historically it didn't need them), so it'll
take a couple of days for things to get rebuilt, but this seems to be
taking longer than usual, and it's not clear to me whether there's
something actually stuck, or we're just seeing a cascade of rebuilds
that are just driving up the time to resolution.

1. It might be more sensible in the long-term for me to just get off my
ass and crossgrade to amd64, but that's not going to happen in the next
10 days.
