Hi, now that alioth is up again (wohooo), I looked into what packages we need to upgrade and/or patch to make Haskell installable again. It seems that this could work: aeson [-0.6.1.0-] {+0.6.2.1+} citeproc-hs [-0.3.8-] {+0.3.9+} -fbibutils -f-hexpat diagrams-cairo [-0.6-] {+0.7+} diagrams-core [-0.6.0.1-] {+0.7.0.1+} diagrams-gtk [-0.6-] {+0.6.0.1+} diagrams-lib [-0.6.0.3-] {+0.7.1.1+} diagrams-svg [-0.6.0.1-] {+0.8.0.2+} dual-tree [-0.1.0.1-] {+0.1.0.4+} fingertree [-0.0.1.1-] {+0.1.0.0+} github [-0.7.0-] {+0.7.1 needs newer aeson (https://github.com/fpco/github/issues/47)+} gitit 0.10.3.1 {+needs patch for newer pandoc+} hakyll [-4.3.3.0-] {+4.4.1.2+} heist [-0.12.0-] {+0.13.0.2+} highlighting-kate [-0.5.3.8-] {+0.5.5+} -fpcre-light pandoc [-1.11.1-] {+1.12.1+} pandoc-types [-1.10-] {+1.12.3+} snap [-0.12.1-] {+0.13.0.4+} texmath [-0.6.1.3-] {+0.6.5.2+} xmlhtml [-0.2.1-] {+0.2.3+} yaml [-0.8.2.3-] {+0.8.5.1+} yesod-markdown 0.8.1 {+needs patch for newer pandoc+} In addition, this will require these new packages: Additional dependency pulled in: data-default-class-0.0.1 Additional dependency pulled in: numeric-extras-0.0.3 Additional dependency pulled in: intervals-0.2.2.1 Additional dependency pulled in: rfc5051-0.1.0.3 Additional dependency pulled in: transformers-compat-0.1.1.1 Additional dependency pulled in: hexpat-0.20.4 Additional dependency pulled in: pandoc-citeproc-0.1.2.1 (Transformers-compat should probably be patched out of whatever tries to use it.) I’ll commit this now, so that tools/packages.txt is our TODO-list. To find out what to do there, just run ./test-packages.pl (or schroot -c haskell -- ./test-packages.pl) and look for “Updated:” lines. Any help cleaning up this mess is appreciated. Jonas, can you upgrade pandoc soon? Greetings, Joachim -- Joachim Breitner e-Mail: mail@joachim-breitner.de Homepage: http://www.joachim-breitner.de Jabber-ID: nomeata@joachim-breitner.de
