Hi,
helium has not seen a new upstream release since 2011 (and no new
upstream version that does not have "pre" in its name since its first
upload in 2006) and it does not build with current compilers (#710189).
I have been in contact with upstream and while they do have plans to fix
this, nothing has happened in 6 months. I have not seen any user
interest in the Debian package. I therefore suggest to remove
helium from Debian.
